Recently Ethos Environmental, Inc., CEO Corey Schlossman announced that EcoMates’ IBO’s/distributors who purchased any of the original platinum packages would be promoted and paid EVERY week though out the summer at one level above their highest level achieved.
The first commission run after this happened my phone started to ring as IBO’s/distributors who have been building started to realize the tremendous impact this is already having on their commission checks, and what being paid at a higher rank can mean to them as the summer continues.
When Anson and I tell people what’s possible on a part time basis, when we expalin what can be squeezed in between family and friends and work and other commitments people sometimes doubt or say things like, “That’s fine for you, you have experience.”
Here’s a couple perfect examples of what can happen when you apply energy consistently this summer.

If you were on the Sunday evening call you heard Kent Simon’s comparison. The week ending July 11, 2009 he reported that he earned binary commissions that he would have earned even without being grand fathered – but because he was grand fathered and now qualifies for the Check Match program every week for the rest of the summer his check for the week included an EXTRA $346.19!

Well, here’s another success story from someone who is building part time and whose one week check for the week ending Saturday July 11, 2009 would have been $450 in Binary AKA Team Commissions. Because he was grand fathered in at one rank level above — and will be paid at that level though out the summer his check is $450 in binary commissions PLUS an EXTRA $239.17 in Check Match Commissions. $689.17 part time for the week.

Want another interesting example of what’s happening for those who are jumping in and getting started this month?
Gerald is not a professional networker, he’s an individual who is building a business one distributor at a time. [P.S. Happy Birthday Gerard!]
When Anson and I sponsored him he saw the value in ordering a 4 pack. To Gerald the value was that the cost of the individual bottles was a little less if he purchased a 4 pack vs. a smaller pack. He got that he could sell the products and recoup his entire investment.
Plus he “got” that if he came in with that package he would feel more comfortable asking others to do the same thing.
In other words he got that he would be duplicating with 600 PV packages and that the 600 PV would add up as he built his binary and Group Volume, as others duplicated the same vs. duplicating with a 1, 2, or 3 package and 150, 300 or 450 points.
He also realized that if he duplicated with that package that the First Order Bonuses would add up.
WHAT HE DID NOT INITIALLY GET WAS THE VALUE OF THE CUSTOMER ACQUISITION REVENUE SHARING POOL, THE 2% BONUS.
He personally recruited 2 front line, personally enrolled distributors with 4 packs in one week.
So because he came in earlier with a 4 pack himself he ended up with 50 shares in the pool for that week.
He was SHOCKED BY THE RESULTS.
PLEASE NOTE that this doesn’t count Super Start Training Bonuses, he will qualify for the full $500 SSTB – the EXTRA that he received was from the 2% Pool, the Customer Acquisition Training Pool.
He now “gets’ why it’s important to maintain 200 PV to remain qualified to participate in the Customer Acquistion Revenue Sharing Pool, the 2% pool each week that he enrolls some one with a multi pack.
Week ending June 13, 2009
Because he personally sponsored 2 new distributors that week who came in with a 4 pack…
His First Order Bonuses for that week were $100 x 2 = $200
His binary commissions/eco team commissions = $60
So $260 in “commissions” as part of the regular compensation plan.
Here’s the interesting part.
With his “multiplier” and the multiplier that his two brand new distributors added because they came in with one 4 pack each – again he ended up with 50 shares in the pool.
So his CARSP for recruiting two with 4 packs created an
ADDITIONAL $303.91 in CARSP (AKA 2% pool promotional bonuses).
For a total weekly “check” of $563.91 – again before Super Start Training Bonuses!!!
This is a great example of the power of getting started building right now with platinum packages and the power of making sure that you remain “active” with 200 PV to maximize the plan and to remain continually qualified for the 2% pool.
Of course there is not any guarantee what the shares will be worth in any given week but as we all know in this economy even small increases in a family’s income can make a huge difference!
