I would like to thank all of the distributors who made an effort to attend the Money Show in San Francisco. 
 
Joshua Higginbotham, Corey Schlossman and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone including Randa and her team who drove en masse three hours to join us. 
 
Edmond flew in from Los Angeles and was joined by a family member Cathy who lives in the Bay area. Jack, John, Freddie, Gertrude, Carlen, Romeo (Romie), Tim, Linda and Maurice and so many others also attended. I look forward to seeing you all again soon!
 
I want to congratulate Gertrude, Carlen and their team for putting together TWO fantastic in home launch meetings!  They are off to a great start. [Their two handsome sons hooked a laptop up the TV and we sat in their beautiful family room and casually went through the Power Point presentation – that’s how easy this business can be!  Or you can simply gather a group around your computer, and if your senior partners are not in your area have them do a speaker phone presentation for you!  Listen to the recorded training call listed below for more ideas on how to launch your business!]
 
Jack and Richard did a fantastic job of putting together a presentation Sunday at noon and I was not only impressed by Freddie’s presentation, I was blown away by it.  His “style” is calm, collected and fact filled.  His Power Point is fantastic too and I will with his permission be “borrowing” from it and sharing it soon!
 
Maurice was kind enough to provide us with a testimonial and documentation supporting that testimonial — emissions showing as zero on two vehicles with substantial mileage! 
 
I don’t know where to begin to thank John Castro for all that he did for me this weekend!  John, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Continuing Fuel Economy Improvement Documented in Latest 25,000 Mile Mark Over-the-Road Testing

Opacity Emissions Now Reduced to Virtually Zero
SAN DIEGO, CA–(Marketwire – August 6, 2009) – Ethos Environmental, Inc. (OTCBB: ETEV), a San Diego based company, today announced the Company’s research division, Ethos Scientific LLC, has received confirmation of continued improvements in fuel economy from the latest Over-The-Road (OTR) interim test results reported at the 25,000 mile mark from the start of the test on the test vehicle. The test results were obtained from the combined use of EthosFR+, a liquid fuel catalyst, in the test vehicle’s fuel and EthosFR Oil Treatment in the vehicle’s engine oil.

The original test results were reported on June 29th, 2009 at the 10,000 mile mark on the test vehicle.

The ongoing OTR testing is being performed by the California Environmental Engineering (CEE) Laboratory, Center for Environmental Research in Santa Ana, California. A protocol similar to that prescribed for the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), J1321, is being used. CEE is Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recognized and California Air Resources Board (CARB) certified. The testing is being performed in cooperation with the research group of Rod’s Trucking, located in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

This latest test data now reveals a substantial fuel economy improvement of up to 15% with opacity emissions now being reduced to virtually zero. The previous interim results as reported in the Company’s June 29th, 2009 press release showed up to an 11.3% improvement in fuel economy. The test vehicle is the same vehicle referenced in the June 29th, 2009 press release.

Ongoing fuel economy and opacity emissions testing on this vehicle will include Particulate Matter Density results in the next phase of testing.

“We’re delighted to be able to substantively document and report that continued use of EthosFR+ and EthosFR results in increased improvements in fuel economy and further reductions in tailpipe emissions,” said Corey P. Schlossmann, Ethos Environmental, Inc.’s CEO. “These newest test results confirm the steady stream of user/anecdotal results the Company continues to receive from its growing customer base.”

GAS AUTHORIZATIONS/REBATES

As many of you have noticed the process to load Gas Authorizations has begun for any one who purchased a Platinum Package before July 1, 2009.

The first place you will see the addition to your account is in your Back Office under:

SHOPPING and then ORDER HISTORY.

If your account is among those that has been loaded so far, you will see an order that has been “shipped” and that has a value of $0.00

Your gas authorizations/rebates have been added to your back office but they have NOT been shipped, and they will NOT be shipped. Instead you will be able to access them online in your back office.

If you purchased a Platinum Package or purchased a Convenience Package that was manually upgraded to a Platinum before July 1st, 2009 and do not see an “order” for gas authorizations in your back office, please send an email to me marie@mariebennett.com

Please include your full name, your contact info and ID number along with the order number for either the Platinum Packages or the Convenience Packages.

Instead of the 5 authorizations that purchasers of 1 packs were promised, purchasers of 1 packs are getting DOUBLE = 10.

Instead of the 10 that purchasers of 2 packs were promised, purchasers, purchasers of 2 packs are getting double= 20.

Instead of the 15 that purchasers of 3 packs were promised, purchasers of 3 packs are getting double = 30.

And of course purchasers of 4 packs are also getting DOUBLE what they were promised = 40.

If you have gas authorizations in your back office you will find them under:

BUSINESS RESOURCES and REDEEM AND TRANSFER CODES.

As long as you are on an autoship of at least 25 PV you will be able to “redeem” one for personal use. Each individiual code works for 12 months.

There are still a few glitches in the programming for redeeming authorizations. A smattering of accounts are experiencing challenges. Recently Ethos Environmental, Inc., CEO Corey Schlossman announced that EcoMates’ IBO’s/distributors who purchased any of the original platinum packages would be promoted and paid EVERY week though out the summer at one level above their highest level achieved.
 
The first commission run after this happened my phone started to ring as IBO’s/distributors who have been building started to realize the tremendous impact this is already having on their commission checks, and what being paid at a higher rank can mean to them as the summer continues.
 
When Anson and I tell people what’s possible on a part time basis, when we expalin what can be squeezed in between family and friends and work and other commitments people sometimes doubt or say things like, “That’s fine for you, you have experience.”
 
Here’s a couple perfect examples of what can happen when you apply energy consistently this summer.

If you were on the Sunday evening call you heard Kent Simon’s comparison.  The week ending July 11, 2009 he reported that he earned binary commissions that he would have earned even without being grand fathered – but because he was grand fathered and now qualifies for the Check Match program every week for the rest of the summer his check for the week included an EXTRA $346.19!

Well, here’s another success story from someone who is building part time and whose one week check for the week ending Saturday July 11, 2009 would have been $450 in Binary AKA Team Commissions.  Because he was grand fathered in at one rank level above — and will be paid at that level though out the summer his check is $450 in binary commissions PLUS an EXTRA $239.17 in Check Match Commissions.  $689.17 part time for the week.

Want another interesting example of what’s happening for those who are jumping in and getting started this month?
 
Gerald is not a professional networker, he’s an individual who is building a business one distributor at a time. [P.S. Happy Birthday Gerard!]
 
When Anson and I sponsored him he saw the value in ordering a 4 pack.  To Gerald the value was that the cost of the individual bottles was a little less if he purchased a 4 pack vs. a smaller pack.  He got that he could sell the products and recoup his entire investment.
 
Plus he “got” that if he came in with that package he would feel more comfortable asking others to do the same thing.
 
In other words he got that he would be duplicating with 600 PV packages and that the 600 PV would add up as he built his binary and Group Volume, as others duplicated the same vs. duplicating with a 1, 2, or 3 package and 150, 300 or 450 points.
 
He also realized that if he duplicated with that package that the First Order Bonuses would add up.
 
WHAT HE DID NOT INITIALLY GET WAS THE VALUE OF THE CUSTOMER ACQUISITION REVENUE SHARING POOL, THE 2% BONUS.  
 
He personally recruited 2 front line, personally enrolled distributors with 4 packs in one week.
 
So because he came in earlier with a 4 pack himself he ended up with 50 shares in the pool for that week.
 
He was SHOCKED BY THE RESULTS.
 
PLEASE NOTE that this doesn’t count Super Start Training Bonuses, he will qualify for the full $500 SSTB – the EXTRA that he received was from the 2% Pool, the Customer Acquisition Training Pool.
 
He now “gets’ why it’s important to maintain 200 PV to remain qualified to participate in the Customer Acquistion Revenue Sharing Pool, the 2% pool each week that he enrolls some one with a multi pack.
 
Week ending June 13, 2009
 
Because he personally sponsored 2 new distributors that week who came in with a 4 pack…
 
His First Order Bonuses for that week were $100 x 2 = $200 
 
His binary commissions/eco team commissions = $60 
 
So $260 in “commissions” as part of the regular compensation plan.
 
Here’s the interesting part.
 
With his “multiplier” and the multiplier that his two brand new distributors added because they came in with one 4 pack each – again he ended up with 50 shares in the pool.
 
So his CARSP for recruiting two with 4 packs created an 
 
ADDITIONAL  $303.91 in CARSP (AKA 2% pool promotional bonuses).
 
For a total weekly “check” of $563.91 – again before Super Start Training Bonuses!!!
 
This is a great example of the power of getting started building right now with platinum packages and the power of making sure that you remain “active” with 200 PV to maximize the plan and to remain continually qualified for the 2% pool. 
 
Of course there is not any guarantee what the shares will be worth in any given week but as we all know in this economy even small increases in a family’s income can make a huge difference!

ETHOS: Commissions calculated tonight – reminder

A friendly reminder that today, Saturday is the end of the week and that tonight is the night that commissions are calculated and that accumulated points are reset to zero if you do not have at least 75 “rolling PV” in place.
 
How do you see your accumulated points to date? 
 
How do you know if you have 75 or more “rolling PV” to date?
 
Log into your back office.
 
Under the tab across the top click on REPORTS
 
Followed by BINARY TREE.
 
Your “score card” is at the top of your binary tree report.
 
First check “ROLLING PV 4 WEEK” in the right hand column.
 
If you have at least 75 PV your volume/points will not be reset to zero.
 
Of course if you are working towards “maximizing the plan” you want to double check and make sure that under
 
ROLLING PV 4 WEEK you have at least 200 PV.
 
The RIGHT GV column shows you how many points you have accumulated that you have yet to be paid on in your right leg.
 
The LEFT GV column shows you how many points you have accumulated that you have yet to be paid on in your left leg.
 
The CURRENT RIGHT GV line shows you how much volume has accumulated under you in your right leg this week.  The week ends tonight Saturday at midnight Central time.
 
And of course the CURRENT LEFT GV line shows you how much volume has accumulated under you in your left leg this week.
